Jacob Mire has built his career at the intersection of hydraulic fracturing, engineering, and technology innovation. After earning a B.S. in Engineering Technology with a focus on Electrical and Instrumentation from McNeese State University, he entered the oil & gas industry in 2011 and has spent his entire professional life in the fracturing sector.

Over the past decade, Jacob has worked across every major division of the frac workflow—field operations, engineering and project design, asset management, and commercial strategy. This cross-functional experience gives him a rare, 360-degree understanding of how locations operate: from pump mechanics and power systems to data, logistics, and real-time decision-making at the wellsite.

His background includes hands-on time on the frac pad, designing treatment programs and workflows, managing capital equipment fleets, and helping operators evaluate and adopt next-generation technologies such as electric pump fleets, power-management systems, and digital completions platforms.
